We’ll be at the NPLA Conference in Austin next Monday/Tuesday. If you’ll be there and would like to meet up, please feel free to reach out!

• Revamped real estate investor contact info (our team has now verified >100k investors contact info)

• A new DSCR prospecting tool with verified contact info

• Capital markets data for who’s buying RTL/DSCR loans

• Borrower verification / risk management API & website. Easily see past experience, outstanding loans, and court cases that borrower has been a part of.

We also enjoy just talking about what we’re seeing in the market, so even if none of the above is interesting would be great to swap notes.
